• Listing Platform Only: NorthWheels is an online vehicle marketplace and directory. We provide a platform where sellers (including individual private sellers and commercial dealerships) can list vehicles for sale, purchase, or exchange, and where buyers can browse these listings.

• No Transaction Involvement: NorthWheels is not a registered automotive dealer, broker, auctioneer, or insurance agent. We do not own, inspect, buy, sell, or take legal possession of any vehicle listed on the site. Any transaction, agreement, or exchange of funds is solely between the buyer and the seller.

Given the unique geographical and legal scope of our marketplace (specifically serving Northern Pakistan and regions like the Malakand Division):

• NCP (Non-Custom Paid) Status: Users may list and browse both Custom-Paid and NCP (Non-Custom Paid) vehicles where legally permitted under local regional regulations.

• User Responsibility for Verification: It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to inspect the vehicle, verify its mechanical condition, confirm the authenticity of its documentation, check custom clearance statuses, and ensure compliance with provincial and federal laws.

• No Platform Warranties: NorthWheels does not verify, guarantee, or warrant the legal status, ownership documentation, tax paid/unpaid status, or registration legitimacy of any listed vehicle.

• Accuracy of Information: When posting a listing, you agree to provide completely accurate, up-to-date, and truthful information about the vehicle, including its make, model, year, physical condition, price, and legal classification (such as NCP or Custom-Paid).

• Prohibited Listings: You may not list vehicles that are stolen, illegally imported outside regional framework allowances, involved in active legal disputes, or represented with fraudulent details.

• Account Security: If you create a user or dealership account on NorthWheels, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions taken under your account.

• Subscription Models: NorthWheels offers premium listing tiers, featured ad slots, and specialized dealership subscription packages. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the associated pricing, billing cycles, and limitations of that package.

• Refund Policy: All fees paid for listing promotions, subscriptions, or digital features are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise by NorthWheels in writing.

• Ad Moderation: NorthWheels reserves the right to suspend, demote, or permanently delete any listing or subscription account that violates these Terms, without a refund.

• As-Is Service: The Platform and all content, listings, and services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.

• No Liability for Disputes: NorthWheels, its developers, operators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any financial loss, physical damage, legal disputes, fraud, scams, or personal injury resulting from user-to-user interactions, test drives, transactions, or exchanges initiated through the platform.

• Technical Uptime: While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for any service interruptions, database errors, or temporary platform crashes.

• Brand Assets: The name “NorthWheels”, “NorthWheels.pk”, our logos, code layouts, search architectures, databases, and UI elements are the exclusive intellectual property of NorthWheels.

• User Content License: By uploading images and details of your vehicle to our platform, you grant NorthWheels a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and distribute those images for promotional and operating purposes.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising from the use of the platform shall be resolved within local jurisdiction channels.
